Melanie got her taste for hospitality very young, growing up in Kentucky and watching her mother operate a small restaurant on the Kentucky River. From there, she continued her journey into Hospitality through bartending and management in various craft cocktail and high-volume concepts. She then moved to Las Vegas and started a career with MGM Resorts International, learning key management skills while also getting to be a part of creating fascinating events, activations, and experiences. Throughout her career, there has always been a drive and dedication to being a part of the next guest experience, no matter the challenge. In her spare time, she enjoys watching several types of sports, especially hockey, and spending as much quality time as possible with her senior dog.
