Jake's love of hospitality and catering management is deep-rooted in his upbringing working in his parents’ restaurants. After a career in theatre and film production, Jake came back to his original passion for the kitchen. Jake has gained extensive experience in kitchen management, catering operations, and the execution of large-scale events. He brings a production-minded approach to every project, combining careful planning, adaptability, strong team leadership, and attention to detail to ensure that events run smoothly from behind the scenes to the final guest experience. Outside of work, Jake enjoys baseball, getting lost in a good science-fiction novel, collecting vinyl records, and spending time working on his classic car.
