Chef Brian has more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. His background spans French, New American, Vietnamese, and Italian cuisine, with a passion for bringing different influences together while continuing to learn and explore. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest taught him to appreciate the diverse ingredients and influences that make the region a unique place to cook. Outside of the kitchen, Brian has worked as a musician and enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with his family.
